Kathryn and Brian had the opportunity to each lead two groups through facilitated discussions, challenges focusing on leadership, succession and primary aim and of course, crafted an agenda that incorporated the great outdoors. With intense work, comes intense play. With an underlying theme of sharing and engaging in vulnerability, inspired by Brene Brown’s work, Daring Greatly, we tapped in experiential learning, relationship building and  challenged our  personal growth through release of shared experiences and intentionality on the future.
